First registered in February 1978, this
charming Triumph Dolomite 1300 is powered by its 1,296cc petrol engine coupled
to a manual transmission. Finished in classic British Racing Green with a
contrasting Toffee leatherette interior, it presents as a particularly appealing
example of this much-loved British saloon.
The
car has had 10 former keepers and is accompanied by a small but useful history
file including two previous MOT certificates, seven service stamps and the
original sales brochure.
The Dolomite was driven
to our site and, while with us for photography and a short video, started, drove
and stopped as expected.
The Dolomite remains an
increasingly uncommon sight on today's roads and offers straightforward,
enjoyable classic motoring with plenty of period charm. This example would make
an appealing addition to any collection or an ideal entry into classic car
ownership.
